Cool [IMPLEMENTED][ANIMATION] Haste Rune - New Concept


Hi Guys,

Each of those runes shows that the Hero is using a rune..

Double Damage - has its Blue Effect that is Shown over the Head of the Hero.
Invisibility - the Hero opasity goes 50% off.
Illusion - Two Copies of the Hero are Created.
Regeneration - shows a glowing Effect on the Hero.
Haste - Nothing !

Thats the Point you can't know if the hero against you has a haste Rune or not unless the hero is moving.

As Haste Rune already has this Buff Icon it should Show the Red Effect on the Legs of the Hero !.

- New Cosmetic for Haste Rune
- Players Will know that another hero has Haste.
- an Ingame Cosmetics - its all in the WCIII Engine

Cons:
- Anything in Mind ?!!

Don't use this effect but I have to agree, add an effect for haste.

Agree with n!ght.

Haste needs an animation badly, but I would prefer an un-used one. Perhaps a lil trail animation attached to the hero's feets and back, and a smoke trail behind him.

EDIT:
T-up. I think bout the trails. Is it possible to make it a bit shorter?Or make the disapper time shorter coz if you're moving at 522 it will go far.

There is a problem. Not very hero has legs. Think about Visage or Viper for example. Maybe there should be a Wing-attachment (hand,left and handright). But a good idea.

what i was thinking was the attack animation of lava spawn from ladder attached to the legs(or wings/arms on a legless hero)I'll try to post a screen soon.

Pugna's effect in red sounds nice to me.
Got some work to do, then I will create a red version of it and upload it here, so you can create a testmap and show screenshots ;-)

Okay, here is some Haste FX I created.
Basically Pugna's Aghaeffect in red.
Since I had to change the texture to one that was not perfect (rather fiery), I also had to recolor it completely and manually, but I think this red should be fine.

i added the same effect from the ladder but most of the guys didnt like it since its already used by Invoker ! but the one im suggesting still Rules :P
