Silencer Remake

Hello, everyone.
It's been awhile but I didn't have anything to add until now. Unfortunately, I mess around and forgot the Complete the Hero 5 project and I miss the deadline. But I am interested in remakes at the moment. I want to do a Terrorblade remake, but I been saying some interesting remakes of him as of late so I am skip on that for now.
My latest project is to do a Silencer remake. A lot of people want him to be a supporter but his skills made him to be everything. I want to get rid of his Glaives of Wisdom skill and alter his other skills. Well, here's my suggestion for now.
Stats remain the same.
Skill 1: Silence Wave - The Silencer silences all enemies around him in a large AoE. The closer the enemy, the longer the silence. 1250 AoE around him.
This will remake his current ultimate but I will make the cooldown of this skill 60-70 seconds. I want this skill to be used one in a clash, perhaps in a gank. Even though global silence was very useful, this skill is much more focused but perhaps more focused when you need it.
Skill 2: Feedback Storm - The Silencer creates a storm of negative energy, sending down waves of energy that will drain mana per wave. It will also damage very minor damage to the enemy. If an foe is below a certain percentage of mana, the storm will also slow the enemy by 30%.
The cooldown for this skill would be 15-20 seconds. The enemy will be "silenced" if they can't cast spells without mana. So in replaced of Glaives is this skill that will drain the enemies' mana. I added an addition effect if the enemy runs with very little mana. That will synergize with other mana draining skills, like Feedback and EMP.
Skill 3 - Last Word - The Silencer will silence anyone after he/she casts their spell for a short duration. If someone's been silenced by this skill, the Silencer gains a small damage/MS boost that will last for 5 seconds and that effect stacks.
The INT steal is pointless without glaives so I added this effect. This will allow Silencer to be a bit more mobile when there are spells flying.
Ultimate - Curse of the Silent - The Silencer afficts the enemy with the Curse of the Silent, which will damage and drain mana unless they cast a spell. If the enemy has no mana to be drain, the damage of the skill triples until the duration ends. The skill lasts 8 seconds at all levels. Note the skill will now drain 2%/3%/4% of their max. mana instead of set numbers.
CotS is now the ultimate and this will be the Silencer's main damage mechanism. The CD will probably be 25-30 CD. Note that this will synergize with the first skill since he will be able to drain their mana without using their spells and it will synergize with the second skill since it will drain their mana and deplete it so the damage will be tripled.
The numbers and the mechanics of the skills are
in the works but I want to post a suggestion of some sort this year.
