Icarus is a moderately recent hero, but his playstyle is a bit disjointed and contradictory. I am going to post a partial remake to make Icarus more into a mobile tank style of gameplay.
Proposed Changes:
- Scale Icarus Dive's cooldown from 25 at all levels to 25/20/15/10
- Each fire spirit floating around Icarus now grants him a stacking 1/2/3/4 armor and 2/4/6/8% magic resistance
- Sun Ray now slows targets by 10/15/20/25% for 2 seconds if their health is below 50%
- Reaching the attack limit on supernova will not instantly kill Icarus, but stun Icarus for 3 seconds and reduce him to 20% health (regardless of health prior to using)
While these buffs may seem pretty heavy, I believe it will really help make Icarus into a high risk, high reward hero. Correct timing of his skills now give him significant defensive bonuses and can ensure Icarus remains a threat in combat.
