Sanctus is a powerful team fighters, equipped with damage dispersal and large AoE spells. Playing Sanctus effectively involves giving allies the upper hand with Sanctify and obliterating enemies with Holy Fervor and Judgment.
Sanctus can also handle well in lane, reducing the damage his lane partner(s) take and also having the ability to break apart enemy gank attempts with Sanctify's cast effect.

| Sanctus protects nearby allies with his presence. Sacntus absorbs a portion of all damage allied heroes take. This absorbed amount is then reduced by a small percentage as well. |
