Hero: Mindless One
Theme: Emptiness, Consumption, Life-force
Resource: Dying enemies, enemy manager pools
Story: dark void feeding on life, destroying it, no mind
Intro: counter-caster
Stats: 20+3.0 STR, 20+2.5 AGI, 0 int
Skills: starts with passive converting INT into ms, damage, manager burns do 2x damage to it
Nearby deaths give a spell charge, charges last 10 seconds for creeps, 30 for heroes. Spells have no CD except for default, which share cooldown. Spells use enemy mana randomly within line of sight. Max charges is level/23 + 3, rounded up. Heroes give 2 different charges, overriding creep charges, attribute first then melee/range. Charges are used in the order they are acquired.
Default: Deal portion of enemy attributes as mana burn and slow or disarm and silence.
If last killed is melee creep: Dash at target and mini stun or increase armor based on enemy primary attribute.
range: Stun target and lower armor or AoE Linken for short duration
Friendly: Slow enemies in large AoE or heal and boost MS of allies in moderate AoE
neutral:
Melee hero: Blink and stun AoE, or AoE magic immunity for short duration
Range hero: Give allies and self cleave for short duration or give high dodge to allies and self for short duration.
INT: Add some of dead hero's int to attack permanently and blink to target, or permanently create/add to regenerating mana shield using dead hero's mana.
STR: Make Mindless One invulnerable for duration based on enemy STR or give triple reverse regen to enemies for duration based on own str
AGI: Stun and nuke enemies based on their agi or max out own MS and AS for short based on enemy AGI
Level up offense, defense, or stats. Stats gives 1% ms boost plus normal bonuses.

Allow custom music tracks/sound bytes to be imported, so you can play them to any nearby enemies/as a warcry. These could be played globally (one time sounds only) or to anyone nearby who has vision of you. They would also be muteable per player.

I had a thought to make more than the one core map, but not just change the number of players, change the gameplay. I thought of a one-sided map where Radiant/Dire take turns attacking, where offense would have one tier 1 invulnerable tower and normal creeps and defense would have a normal DotA base. Also, a deathmatch map that was basically a huge forest with one shop in the middle and 2-4 fountains scattered around the map. It could be FFA or team.
