maximum (greed) attack speed hard carry Dragon Kni

Posted 03-01-2013 at 10:31 PM by DMR_Chane

as the title states yet again,

another in-depth in-game build is ready and this time it's for DK. A hero which I normally don't play all that much off but after I experimented a bit with stacking attack speed on him I came to the conclusion that this build is great fun and actually very effective.

I kinda went of the rails this time around

you can of course check it out right >>>Here>>>Here<<<Here<<<

CAE - Cambridge advanced English

Posted 06-22-2012 at 07:13 PM by DMR_Chane

this is really a blog for the future.

I am dutch myself as many of you will know after finding your way into my blogging section.
thought I love the English language and I might get a chance to improve upon it even further.

I might soon be taking part in the CAE. it is a study for the English levels that will -if you succeed- raise your understanding of the English language to C1. witch is good enough for a Dutch person to be accepted at Cambridge.

there is a pallet of 25 people that can join and 40 people that made the test good enough to be at least on the list of trails. thought I am 90% sure as some I know don't even want to do CAE that I have a reasonable chance of getting in.

hoping to study some more on the wonders of the English language, as it's basically like a second mother Language from me.

where did I learn it? Games.

I think that proves the point that you can in fact learn a lot from the Web and Games in general.

have a nice day

concerning DotA

Posted 06-11-2012 at 06:15 PM by DMR_Chane

myself I have always wondered what way other people took into the magnificent world of DotA.

for myself it actually started with chess. I played it since I was 6 and back when I was 11 years old I won the provincial competition of 5 minute speed chess. granting me ownership of a nice big cup and a title I was happy with. though with high school my interest in chess faded away.

at this point I got WCIII. it took me some time but after finishing all the main SP content the game had to offer I turned to the UMS maps. (SCBW nostalgia) I really liked DotA. its strategic elements and quick thinking filled in the hole left by chess.

after a while I had little time to stay at a good level and I got bored of it a bit. I tried out other games such as LoL though found out quick that with its noob friendly design and harsh community LoL was no good. then I got my hands on a DotA2 beta-key. it was at this point that I felt in love with it. I enjoy it up to this very day even though I am always busy with work.

thought that's why I use these forums really. if I have all the time on my hands I play DotA, if I don't I just like alt-tabbing to these forums and having a great time with PD's awesome community. you just gotta look though the 12 year old's and keybeggers and trollthreads. cause sometimes a true gem arises within DC.

~Cheers
