Does Chilling Touch' effect works on all units hit by Flak Cannon,or just in the primary target?

Thanks a lot guys.I imagine Chilling Touch working with Flak.70*6= Extra 420 magic AoE damage.

Shareable Items, let them be noticed 4. [Buff] Chainlightning-like abilitys (make them groundtargetable) 5. Aegis and the shopping mall [Not the usual] 1. There's a wordfilter in all signatures 2. Boots of Elvens Kin or Elven Skin? That's for you to decide.
