eSports are real now, and ArtStyle is a dick. Did anyone read his interviews? He literally thinks everyone is below him.

While I'd rather not judge anyone, I really think a public bashing, not to mention a boycott on a single player leaves a bad taste for the gaming community. I mean if he is being horrible at the team manager then they could just let go of him and leave it at that, if other managers decides to keep him for his skills then it doesn't really matter as long as he is adhering to tournament rules and regulations that his team would let him participate in.

Also, if he really was that bad, then teams wouldn't keep him at all and he would end up unable to play competitions anyway, or making his own team. There's no need to single him out, bash him and boycott him for what he is. This is just a very bad example for other top tier players and may end up questioning the organization themselves. If they were in his place and they did ended up doing something bad intentionally or otherwise would they end up like that too? It creates unease and unnecessary tension imo.

Yeah I watched this interview. Finally clarified many things.

DTS 2010 - Yeah he admits this as his fault. But everyone is okay about this. Even Vilat.

Na'Vi after The Int. - He had NO contract. They were offered a contract after the Int. But he refused to sign it because it was unprofitable for him. This is why he didn't agree to give away 10% from the million - he was already out of Na'Vi so why should he pay them?

And Na'Vi's manager is total jerk. He sold Artstye's "debt" to another person. "You want money? Go get them from Artstyle - he is indebted to us".

DTS 2011 - their new manager suddenly said that he won't pay salary to other team members. He will pay only to Artstyle, and his teammates will be getting 0. Of course team disbanded. No contracts - no obligations.

Moscow 5. 2012. M5's boss lost his Dota squad after New year - their contracts expired. So Godkillthemall decided to make a new team. He took Santa, NS and Artstyle. But Artstyle had his own sponsor - Darer.

Suddenly they realized that M5's offer is really bad. Monthly salary in m5 is 250-300 usd and they take back 10% of prize money. By simple arifmetics - if new team plays good - they will be returning organization more money than they actually receive. So why the hell should they go with m5?

There were lot's of negotiations about double (m5-darer) sponsorship and other stuff. In the end the new team refused M5's final offer.

And here M5's boss shot himself in the leg. After reading his comments I realized that he is just a cheapshot who wants lots of fame for cheap. He talks big when he is actually nobody. If you want lots of fame - you pay lots of money. It's that simple. You don't threaten to beat up and kill players (LOL), you can't sabotage their perfomance by pressuring other organizations. It's their respective right to refuse your offer. Yet he tried to pull that sh@# off. Sad sad jerk.

If I work 10 hours a day for 1 week, I could offer a better sponsorship to ArtStyles new team.

Ofc they don't sign the contract.
