suggestion is actually imbalanced.
If I understood well, with many units attacking you, you will have a 100% evasion up to 75% of the time. I see what you did, but you need to lower duration to 0.1s and cd to 0.2s imho. Edit : as for cdg, +15 dmg at lvl 16 is really not much, and doesn't look good =/ I mean, I prefer straight forward skill, for example a skill that would give AS and bash at the same time would be silly, because of the obvious self synergy. It would be better to have either more AS or more bash, and buy the other one.

Do you realize that by turning her evasion into an active skill you have utterly destroyed her survivability and effectively nerfed her into oblivion?
Tipical scenario: -Lion ganks mortred with invis rune. -Link hexes you or impales you. -You can't activate the ACTIVE evasion since you're dissabled. -Everyone close proceeds to rape you. Or maybe I'm just reading your skill description wrong, but as far as I know any skill with a hotkey (could be mistaked if it's only the assign skill hotkey), cooldown and duration is an active skill. Please clarify how you're suggesting the new evassion to trigger. Edit: Nevermind, I missed the "passive" part in the template. Still I don't see the point of having a cooldown, if you get focussed down you will still die a lot faster in teamfights, just remove cooldown and duration, making the evasion into a triggered heal to make it better in every way AND makeing it stack with evassion was already suggested before. |

Well, I'm not a big fan of semi-active abilities such as this one, though it has a nice concept. Still, I would like something more original, same mechanism is used to Legion Commander and Axe, why add it again?
As for CDG, not a big change, guess not what is really needed for mort to see competitive play....

I doesn't really like this evasion suggestion. It would be too strong in some situation as mentioned before. I would prefer a 35% chance to add 100% evasion for 0.001(?) sec with no cool down, allowing it to stack to some extent with evasion. Although I dunno if it is codable.
As for ulti, I feel it's unneeded. If he actually needs a buff, there are better ways to do it. In my opinion he is perfectly balanced.

Actually you can change duration to "1 second or until Mort was attacked" => no permaevasion.

I don't get this. 35% chance every time she is attacked? 35% chance every time an attack is started targeting her? 35% chance every time she is damaged? You need to be more clear about this.

Why can't you just switch it to a triggered heal (like void)? That way you don't need to mess with this stuff... Still stacks with butterfly

It is basically a better way to make it stack with Butterfly then a triggered heal. Without butterfly you won't notice any change compared to current.

For ultimate, i'd rather see something like, if mortred didn't attack last 10 seconds, then first hit is an auto crit
Her only probleme currently, is that sometime, you hit 5 time, and you don't make a single crit, and then, you got disable by your target/ennemy team |

^ It is possible to make it triggered heal for normal auto attacks only. Although the problem with that is that orbs and such still triggers. The nice thing about this is that orbs and buff placers doesn't trigger as the attack is evaded and not only counter healed.
