first of all i want to say is, this giveaways requirements is for you to join a certain event (need to fill up NRIC and contact number (just random if you dont want to really join but want to join my giveaway)

NRIC means your identification. think of it when you are withdrawing from a bank and needs a identification like student ID passport drivers license
