Agreed. Their FML: Bros was nearly 48GB. And then I deleted it after torrenting it because there was English dubs inside.

So, I will try to look for some websites that has lower GB or even 100 MB per episodes. I just want to watch it uncensored even it's quality is low.

Depends where you live. Here there's a maximum bandwidth usage along with your internet connection. For example, I only have 80 gig/month of bandwidth for the connection that I pay for. Initially, it was only 50, but I'm paying an extra 6$ a month for a +30gigs for my bandwidth.
