Minor change to neutrals

Basically remake ancients and neutral creeps to make them work like the runes, 2 camps of the same kind can't spawn one after another(In the same spot).

T-down, neutrals are not runes. I like having the luck of getting two easy camps in a row, and I see no problem with that. Also unlike runes there are 5 neutral camps so it's easy to find variety.

I don't think it needs a change, it's just fine.

I see no reason for the neut camps to be decided by luck (except first spaw of course).

When I have 1 played DotA and noticed doublespawn first I thought that it is a bug, and still think so ^_^
