Looks like they also dimmed the rocky empty spaces, so it's not as busy. No more glowing tint.

I think you confused the 'before' picture with the 'now' one

i like the change the only problem is the rock blocking the defense gain

Nice. Attack box and attribute box are reduced in size.

Cool, they just extended the hp/mp bar. I honestly could get used to anything by now. I rarely look at the bottom ui anyways.

Nice change but the sword, shield and speed boot still look like crap :S.

So why we need such long e-penn while it's just a small bar below the avatar in DotA.
