Well, I'd really like to see some more difficult levels, but I think there'll be some good custom maps for co-op.

Don't open spoiler if you want to play this game and haven't finished.
I lol'd when I opened a portal up in the moon in the boss fight, that blink was cool too . Even tho I played for a while but summed up it's a few hours.

Damn, Valve writers and voice actors are just too damn good. They should start making podcasts or tv series and stuff, I just can't get enough of it.

And of course the game itself is simply awesome. Thank to Portal 2 I managed to add a few non-believers to this beautiful church with only a few minutes of gameplay, so now I only wait till they buy the game as well and I'll finally get to enjoy the co-op goodness.

Anyone tried it so far? I fear it will feel kinda awkward, but on the other hand I have faith in Valve.

And finally, sorry if this was already posted before: Lab Rat comic.

Yeah, I just finished the game again with the developers commentaries and needed to write about portal

I read the comic some while ago.
It's really interesting, gives several answers but opens maaaaaaaaaany questions.

"Test subject is abnormally stubborn. She never gives up. Ever." I seriously lol'd at this part. ^^

Bump.

So, me and my friend just done co-op. Derp, wtf GLaDOS? Not a single remark about Gabe? I am disappointed. I mean, I really haven't seen it coming.

Yea, that ending is really well done, but when GLaDOS started to provide remarks about people, I really expected her to say something about Gabe aswell.

Or at least provide her bots with plating a bit more chemically inert.

Oh well

If that will be interesting for you, Portal 2 is one of those few games that isn't f***ed up by localization. GLaDOS' and Wheatley's voice acting is great, even though I can't rid of thought that Cave Johnson's dubber is a "miscast" of sort. He's good maybe, but character doesn't feel like the original one somehow.

BTW, I haven't done SP yet, but it seems that I should recommend Prelude to every Portal fan.
I mean, right, P2 have great characters, some story, interesting tests and such, while P:P only provides tests... But those are friggon' tests I must say. I would like to hear what do you guys think

Update started 10 minutes ago. Can't wait for it to finish.
816.5 MB.
It would be already over 50% if I wasn't downloading something else at the same time.

Ughh, I keep getting an error when I try to rebuild any map for testing. It says it cannot build the puzzle, and I made sure there's nothing wrong with the logic of the items. I think it's my computer, I cannot even open Hammer Editor for some reason. I'll re-install Portal 2 and Portal 2 Authoring Tools. :/

Edit: Just fixed it.

Edit 2: Awhile ago I picked up to try it, it's very easy to use! To anyone who wants to check my first level, here's the link: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfile...s/?id=68536357

I noticed some flaws, but nothing that will hold you back from solving this.

Right click the item you wanna connect > Connect to > Click what you want that to be connected with. You can connect multiple things to one button if you want. The possibilities are many.

Yeah, it does. It's good to see platformers trying to innovate each year. But I think we should talk about this game in another thread, that would be more suitable.

Anyway, I made another level, feedback is always welcome! http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfile...s/?id=71576519

Saw a quick look video for the creator, and decided to finally get Portal 2.

Little did I know it was 66% off.

So yeah, it's downloading now.

I just have one question: Do I play with my xbox 360 controller or a Mouse and Keyboard?
(My mouse is garbage, prob gonna replace it soon)

I prefer the mouse since I usually play fps on PC so whatever.

You can use your 360 contr.
