It's weird this sugg gets so few comments, it is great.

Here are some passive icons that could fit 3rd skill :

Nice suggestion.
Even though I would try to remove that passive from him.
Also, I would change first skills' effects a bit, dealing dps whenever an unit casts a spell inside of it.
