Does blight gives any bonuses to undead units? Or does it serve other purpose(besides giving a clear distinction between Sentinel base and the Scourge base.)

skeleton summons from darktroll warlord got it as well with an even more awesome regen of 4 hp/s

You can also dispel Blight with the Dispel Magic ability.

Yea panda can clear blight if there is a visage on other team.

I think blight is just for Decoration in Dota... I'm not sure.

It's for decoration but there are some properties in some ( actually many ) units left untouched so it have some minor unimportant effects.
