Also, 1000 damage AoE is ridiculously low considering that Phoenix is actually unusable after his skill combo and the fact that he dies himself most of the time in Supernova form. Take heroes like OD or SF, they do a lot more damage and they don't sacrifice themself for it, they are still able to do anything else.
Phoenix ult is one of the worest ultimates in the game, get over with it.
And Firespirits is strong, but not really too strong considering that other heroes such as Tinker or Queen of Pain do a lot more damage (2+ times) and in contrast to Phoenix they have skills on LoL-like-ridiculously low cooldown (half or third of Phoenix cd).

All I could take from this post is that you're terrible with Phoenix. I see that you make Lothars on him.

I played Phoenix 1700 times. In fact, I almost only played Phoenix when I was playing DotA 1. I don't have to prove you anything.
I never lost 1v1 om game (although I didn't play many as well). I tried every item build possible.

I can clearly say that Lothar's Edge is the best escape item if you want to build him as a carry.
I don't care the rest of your opinion, as it's probably the same bullshit that you wrote in the beginning.
