Try give it a Rupture-like effect that does damage based on distance dragged.
A rupture effect wouldn't be the best because sometimes you just need to keep the hero still for your allies to hit them. Adding firefly refresh/reactivate can instead do the following......
-Allow theoretically double the duration of firefly
-Allow use of firefly before Lasso dealing damage, then deal even more damage as Firefly continues
-Can refresh Firefly so Batrider may escape if its already on cooldown
Alternatively I could do something like Ogre Magi making it so Firefly activated again from the Lasso refresh makes it burn hotter dealing more damage.
