Mana displacement:[ult](active)

Spell used by the hero to sap the target’s energie.absorbs mana for every point of mana the caster is missing.

Lvl 1: absorb 0.5mana .can sap a maximum of 250 mana.
Cooldown:35
Mana cost: 75.

Lvl 2: absorb 0.75mana.cam sap a maximum of 500mana.
Cooldown:35
Mana cost:150.

Lvl 3: absorb 1mana.can sap a maximum of 750mana.
Cooldown:35
Mana cost:225.

Heaven’s sphere:[ult](active)(channeling)

Releases an unstable sphere of energy that slowly rises to the heavens and harming nearby enemy units. when the sphere is at it’s maximum height it explodes in a 625 aoe and deals high damage to nearby enemy units and heroes and stunning them for 2s.it can be casted from 600 range .it takes 2s to reach its maximum height.

Lvl 1:deals 350 damages.
Cooldown:90
Mana cost:200

Lvl2:deals 500 damages.
Cooldown:80
Mana cost:350

Lvl 3:deals 650 damages.
Cooldown:70
Mana cost:500

Negation aura:[isn’t an ult](active)

Enemies will be affected by this aura when activated,they will lose mana each time they cast a spell(when using auto-attacking spells the hero wont lose mana),850 AOE around the hero.

Allows the hero to free itself from the physical form becoming ethereal.adding movement speed and gaining mana regeneration but takes 40% bonus damage from spells.

Cooldown:65s
Mana cost:100.

Lvl 2:+70 ms. +125% mana regeneration.last 10s
Cooldown:70s.
Mana cost:150

A terrifying illusion that renders enemies in a 500 aoe too frightened to use physicaly attacks.

Attack a enemy hero from 700 range dealing high damage based on the agility of the hero and stunning it for 2s.

Lvl 1: deals 2xagility of the hero+100 dmg.
Cooldown:60s.
Mana cost:100

Lvl 2: deals 3xagility of the hero +200dmg
Cooldown:40s
Mana cost:150

Lvl 3: deals 4xagility of the hero+300dmg
Cooldown:20s
Mana cost:200

Volcano:[ult](active)(channeling)

Causes the ground to erupt into a massive volcano . every 4s a wave of molten rocks are hurled from the volcano at nearby enemy units and building causing damage to each target and stunning it for 2s.building takes 1.5xextra damage from the molten rocks .last 16 s( that means there is only 4 waves)

Lvl 1:deals 50 damages per wave to units(that means 300 damages to building and 200 damage to units)
Cooldown:120s
Mana cost:150

Lvl 2:deals 100 damages per wave to units(that means 600 damage to building and 400 damage to units)
Cooldown:120s
Mana cost:250s

Lvl 3:deals 150 per wave to units(that means 900 damages to building and 600 units)
Cooldown: 120s
Mana cost: 350

Wave blade:[isn't an ult](passive)

every attack of this hero will reduce the attack speed of the targeted enemy.

Lvl 1:slows 5% of the targeted AS.stacks 5 times.last 4s.

Lvl 2:slows 10% of the targeted AS.stack 5 times.last 4s.

Lvl 3:slows 15% of the targeted AS.stacks 5 times.last 4s.

lvl 4:slows 20% of the targeted AS.stack 5 times.last 4s.

Elemental attack:[ult](active)

Instantly freeze a single enemy unit and then bombards it with elemental energie for 2.5s.when frozen ,the enemy unit loses 20 % of its hit points and when the ice crystal explodes it damages nearby enemy units in a 600 aoe but it doesn’t damage the frozen unit.

Some of these look familiar.

Either way, some of them are useless.

Some are just plain overpowered, others are underpowered, some are just boring and simple, others are overly complex.

Long story short.

I admit, I don't like you. I mean, I doubt I'll be handing you milk and cookies and hugging you like I would to Anel Metzelder anytime soon.

Face it, though. Spells like Blade Wave are just plain meh.

Haunted Face lasts too long, and renders carries like PA absolute moot.

Ethereal Form is seriously what-the-fuck.

Mirage is severely underpowered, considering one well-placed AoE nuke can wipe them all out unless the user is tanky as hell.

And so on and so forth.

well i know that u dont like me so u dont need to tell me that .
and about the spells the hero will have his/her spells that will stack with these spells and mirage isnt underpowered it will stack with what ever icefrog give the hero(strenght spells..)
for haunted face its like silence/silence wouldnt fuck spellcasters?so why shouldnt carries get fucked too?
no need to talk about ethereal form its a good idia
wave blade is for pushing and killing heroes that are away from u that means if he was behind the trees or something and u are chasing him u will use it and kill him

these spells are not for one hero right? they are ideas.. so if you ask me, I think most of the spells are good but I only dislike the Mana Displacement.

Because i don't understand how it works. Does it work like mana burn or just steal mana? Either way, both concept are plain and to make it based on how many has been missing is so like Mana Void and Reaper Scythe.

yeah ofc they arent from one hero.every spell is independent.
mana displacement :lets say the hero have 500 mana and used 250 he have now 250 mana.
he use mana displacement on a hero he absorbe 0.5 of the mana missing (250)0.5*250=125 he absorb from the targeted hero 125 mana and give them to the caster.

I'd like to make a small review here.

Mana displacement: Too overpowered when it FULLY replenishes mana.

Heaven's sphere: Nothing more than "greater" Leshrac's split earth with longer delay.

Negation aura: Umm, seem a bit unfair against arrow spells (68 mana per Searing arrow is absolutely a pain in the ass) while barely affects FoD, laguna.

Ethereal form: So f**king overpowered as it give a shitload of speed and a f**king mana regen while takes less damage than slardar.

Haunted face: Nothing more than AoE disarm. (when "deafening blast" comes to my mind)

Quick Attack: Nothing more than morphling's adaptive strike with a reliable stun and more damage.

Volcano: Too absof**kinglutely IMBA spell as you can simply destroy tower every 4 minutes using only this spell.

Wave blade: Nothing more than undelayed powershot without damage reduction per unit passed.

Ethereal Attack: Decent, but may behaves like tiny's toss on how it worked.

Mirage: A great way to make enemy Earthshaker orgasms.

Obviously T-Down for all (but negation aura and ethereal attak, I t-null'd for it).

mana displacement : wont replenishe your mana for your information do the calculation.
heaven's sphear:nothing like his split shot read again.
negation aura: dont i know the aura effects wont effect spells like searing arrows or frost arrows...
ethereal form:its not overpowered think about it again.
haunted face:spell caster have silence that fuc kthem carries should have a spell too to fuck them
quick attack: are u kidding me?morphling's strike? are u crazy?
valcano:the towers have their armor and their hp dont u think pugna's first lvl can destroy a tower every 5 s?
wave blade:its nothing like powershot.
elemntal attack:are u kidding metiny's toss?ok so u can say earth split is like tiny's avalanche.they are both aoe and both are targeted on the ground .
mirage:evryone have a counter that fucks him just like how naga or ck or pl get fucked by es.and just like clock fuck es.

^ In my EXTREMELY CAREFULLY REFINED AND UNDERSTANDED YOUR SPELLS opinion,
I says "MANA DISPLACEMENT" IMBA because at lvl3, it replenishes 1 point per mana missing and IIRC, the effect usually starts after losing mana, so you should have fully replenish you mana when you spared 200 mana for this. (Now, I know I'm an idiot who don't care 200 mana, but that is negligible on many int heroes.)

Then I says your "Heaven's sphere" similar to Leshrac's split earth because they share quite the same mechs even if you say it a different just because the different cosmetics (only different that enemy will notice where the blast will land)

Negation aura: You should know that "Nether ward" harms arrow spells and that's my point to warn you that you should define thing more finely.

Ethereal form: It's my own fault, NOW justified as T-UP.

Haunted face: I DO NOT say that IMBA, but I SAY IT BORING, but that is justificable as there's not many disarms.

Quick attack: I should leave this for other to debate.

Volcano: "MAGIC DAMAGE REDUCED BY ARMOR TYPE NOT ARMOR VALUE AND TOWERS(AND ANY UNITS WITH FORTIFIED ARMOR HAS 0% MAGIC RESISTANCE) " and how "nether blast" got reduced damage on towers is HARDCODED.

Wave blade: I will leave this to others too.

Ethereal attack: How it similar to tiny's toss is unit get disabled (for tiny's toss's case, the unit sent flying), dealing damage around the target(like when tossed target crashes), and crash/explosion doesn't damage the target (not counting 20% hp loss on the target).

Mirage: Well, i know that, but anyway it's just boring.
