They hid this as a buff, but basically nerfed things she needed buffs in.
See: Command Attack speed reduced by 75, Command Shockwave casting time increased by 0.1, Command Attack damage reduced by 40 at rank 5, Ap ratio lowered by a whooping 0.2, AP ratio on passive reduced by 0.05, made to stack only twice. Congrats, it ruined her early game now as well.
Only buffs here are reduced global cd, AP ratio increase on W, range increase on E(which is so useless i wont even comment on this) and a second shaven off Q. Not nearly enough to compensate for the nerf. Sure, she can feel responsive as a god now, but with this heavy nerf to poking combo (thing she could do consinstently, and could get behind in tradeoffs even then) she is going to get even less plays.

I felt her Q was her main nuke, not her W.

His whole combo is fucked anyway since her Q is so darn slow, she can't even land it.

She's more a support than a carry now!

But it's not the first hero Riot has ever ruined. See Kayle and soon enough Twitch

Kayle is ok right now, she is a really strong ad and top laner.

I just tried Zyra and the new ~~Riki~~ Eve.

Zyra has some interesting mechanics and is a bit more interesting and fun to play than other ap carries, I like her.
Eve is finally being remade, her new passive is a mix of smoke of deceit and Riki's ult. Sadly, while she'll be good at jungling, I don't see where else she could fit.

i might play a few games, im getting flamed out of dota2, do u have any tips with eve?

player turnover in lol would be pretty big I'd guess, considering at the speed of new content (in forms of new heroes)...

What is the point of those spotlights anyway? It's always the same: go jungle, buy trinity, do tons of damage. I like Eve's rework, but it's sad to see she'll probably only be viable in the jungle.

try evelynn solo top, some players (even a high elo rioter) have great success with her

Right now, eve is op as fuck. All the changes ever done to eve were retarded imo, they should have just kept the stun on her shadow walk and everything would be ok.

Twitch got reverted to the unholy terror he was a year ago, my hatred of Eve has been rekindled, and Xin is no longer Fail Now; good times.

Also AP Malphite does as much damage as AP Sion, this makes me laugh.
