Which Heroes will be MISSING from TI (speculation)

We have right now 108 heroes. In beta there are 83 that makes 25 heroes missing. I think it would be possible for valve to make them all till TI2. Thought I agree with that :

Phoenix, Visage, Tauren Chieftan and I think Pit Lord?
Are all undergoing remakes in 6.75
Therefore it stands to reason that they probably wont be at the international 2, even if they have some concept art done, they are uninfinished and not ready for comp play.

I believe NA's recent change may also keep him from being in comp
But I really hope that's a different story, because he is really cool

Techies also probably won't make it because Valve being sympathetic to noobs or trying to let people get addicted to dota before they quit because they can't deal with mines

visage has more than just concept arts...and prolly wont get an remake(isnt needed anyways...still strong without trilane vs trilane era)

obviously the remakes for Pitlord, TC and Phoenix won't be and of course Technies *-*
Naga, Visage, Meepo and NA are likely to get in but not 100% on NA

None of the new heroes will make it to TI2, that includes Tuskarr and Phoenix.

Out of that list, these are the heroes I think will be in TI2:

- Naga Siren
- Visage
- Nyx (Nerubian) Assassin
- Keeper of the Light
- Centaur Warchief
- Troll Warlord
- Meepo
- Medusa

I would like to see Terrorblade, Bristleback, Abaddon and Magnus but they probably won't be ready in time.

Why wouldn't he make it? He already has concept art, model, particles, and he's enabled in Dota 1's CM.
