Default [Retool] Bristleback

BB's problem is that his Ult and his skills have a forced synergy that don't synergize very well. *You have to cast long animation spells to get more MS and Damage for a short burst, then you have to stop moving and attacking to restack your MS and Damage with your long animation spells. *Then your big tank skill only works when you run away, so you have ZERO ability/reason to chase someone through a tower like most chasers/tanks that are currently utilized.

BB's concept is good on paper but has been poorly executed. *My list of changes:

1. *Quill Spray - Raise the cooldown to 4 seconds. *Max of 3 Stacks. *30/60/90/120 Damage per stack. *Shorten or eliminate the casting animation.

2a. *Nasal Goo - Raise the cooldown to 6 seconds. *Max of 3 Stacks. *-1/-2/-3/-4 armor and 3/6/9/12% slow per stack. *This skill should have a definable cast animation.

2b. Nasal Goo - As above, but make it an AoE around BB instead of a targeted spell.

3. *Sprout Bristles - Rework to a self buff instant spell (think Warcry type ability but no AoE affect). *Reduces all damage to BB by 20/40/60/80% for 10 seconds. *This effect degrades to 0% over the duration (similar to Open Wounds style effect). *Whenever BB takes 350 damage during this effect, he gets a free Quill Spray. *Cooldown 35/30/25/20. *Mana Cost: 125/150/175/200.

4. *Warpath: *remains the same.

There might be other tweaks that are needed like Int growth or small changes to any/all of the suggested numbers, but I think this would be a good direction for progressing Bristleback's gameplay.

I have to agree, the concept is actually really nice without changing him a lot.
