Strong in what sense? As far as I can tell they can't surpass each other, so it may depend on their level of activity. Chaos Knight is on a constant crazy hunt, and Wisp is a lazy orb, so in that sense CK may be more powerful...

I think the heroes who should be up to this debate must be the four fundamentals namely, Wisp, Enigma, Chaos Knight and KotL who represents Creation, Darkness, Destruction and Light respectively.

Weaver is not that strong on his own,his true strength was manipulating of strings,but he was kicked out.

AA shouldn't be strong enough at current moment,although he has greatest potential. It would be badass if he is some kind of "restart mechanism" of universe,like reverse phoenix.When he is strongest(universe stopped),he implodes in new big bang.Later he is born anew from his "ashes",in his weakest form.

In dev.dota2.com, we discussed about what force they would represent and came up with this:

Strong Force = Nessaj, the Chaos Knight
Weak Force = Io, the Guardian Wisp
Electromagnetic = Ezalor, the Keeper of the Light
Gravity = Darchrow, The Enigma (I don't think he has a name in Dota 2, just Enigma)

Ok, just read this .

It turns that "strong force"(ck) is strongest,although short ranged. Electromagnetism(wisp) is little weaker,but it's omnipresent.Gravity is omnipresent as well,but it's MUCH weaker than rest.Weak force(Kotl) is both weaker,and has shorter range than strong.

Ofc,that only accounts for things we know atm.It possible that gravity inside of black hole is able to break weak/strong force.

I don't think Invoker is the strongest of all. He was known as Arsenal Maguas back in the days until Rubick beat the crap out of him. He changes his name to Invoker since then.

^invoker holds himself to such high esteem i doubt he would give rubick any credit for this and would still view him as completely below him.

also considering that there is no concrete proof that invoker was arsenal magus when rubick challenged the insubstantial 11. all it proves is that rubick was around at whatever time he was arsenal magus

and even if he was there, defeating 11 mages thru confusion (part of his success is they thought their friends were turning against them, something that doesnt happen in a 1v1) is not the same as fighting one on one. many of the mages were defeated by their own allies.
