he has serious movement problems , he can be kitted and CC to death with ease ... he is absolutly a BEAST in 1v1 ... but in a team battle or stuff like that a well places stun and so on can make him useless ... i saw ursa being kitted by 2 support's with no items and killed , he couldnt even escape ... Thats why eul is so amazing on him , gives him control ...Good hero i dont consider him op , i wouldnt engage him in melee without a good cc tho ...

people, stop saying he's not OP. its obvious most of you are just braggin' you can kill an ursa. when he's farmed up, he can be almost unkillable.

You can kite him? BKB + Dagger he can own most intl heroes. How do you kite him with 55% slow on you? And most of the time he is jumping on you not only with bkb but also aegies, is your team going to throw all skills to him to save you?

It is very Hard to kill ursa , When you face ursa use staner type hero if use ursa just keep in farming until you have has items and you win

Ursa's not that OP cos most pubs don't even get his first skill then as long as you have stuns/slow/disables he cant do anything in lane and a lot of ursa's tend to get rather cocky in lane so you can also use that against them. BTW the new nyx assassin is a great counter to him.
