Purge only removes magical buffs. But those are Universal I type buffs.

Walrus Punch applies a Slow Aura on landing. Like all auras, this is a universal buff and even if removed, it will be reapplied within 0.5 seconds.

That's a visual, not a buff. The critical strike ability added to him also can't be "purged" in any classical way (just removed by triggers, but only the duration ending or hitting something does that).

No, and neither will Dispel Magic (Brewmaster's Storm panda) or Cyclone (Eul's or Tornado), both of which can remove other magical buffs. Magic immunity (e.g. BKB) will remove it though, as will "Storm, Earth, and Fire" (Primal Split), Mirror Image (e.g. Manta Style), Charm (e.g. Helm of the Dominator), and death.

For the purposes of triggered removal, it is considered a negative buff, and so is removed by any trigger which removes all negative buffs (e.g. Time Lapse) or which removes that buff specifically by ID (e.g. Dark Pact, though it doesn't remove Demonic Purge).
