Correct me if I'm dumb but what is his role in dota?

Pit of malice should be raised to 3s like before... There is no 5 corpses to use. I think the aura make Pit Lord more tanky. It should add armor rather damage!

i really cant find myself attacking hero so much...
i dont know, maybe im just used with more-skill less-attack strategy on pitlord so +dmg is not much of a help.. BUT the dmg reduction is indeed a good skill for tanking.. maybe we can change the +dmg to something else.. hmmm... |

I agree that pit lord is much stronger now than before. The athropy aura makes him strong as it negates damage to nearby enemy units + gaining temp dmg per unit kills, 30 for heroes. By now, my skill build for him is to maximize first the 3rd and 2nd skill of him, then turn phase boots into treads for faster attack, then SnY, BattleFury, Cuirass, Radiance, and conditional ones..

the aura helps alot on lane control for last hitting (if you are not planning to push YET). if you farm with firestorm it would push the lane so much.

i take back everything i said about pitlord before!!! the new pitlord is imba angd can even take on a well farmed naga siren 1v1 easily!!!!!

Ok, ive got to ask this:
since recent updates, his firestorm no longer damages buildings (i deals 0-1 dmg ) is this a bug or its supposed to be like this? |

I've just started playing him recently and he's so much fun. I love how the aura synergies with firestorm (obviously) and makes him such a beast pusher.
His ult is extremely fun and hopefully in dota 2 you'll be able to right click it to alert your allies to gather around you. |
