Time walk adds the slow aura in a spellbook based ability, which some units (like forged spirits or familiars) can't handle. The same problem also appeared when janggo was introduced: The active buff instantly killed allied FS and familiars.
Don't know about the Anchor Smash thing yet. Got no time to look it up.
