North America Recruiting at least average DotA 2 players

I'm on the quitting side of DotA 2 atm. I've played with my friend for the past 2 days and it's still hard to win games be cause pubs are so good at throwing games. I'm just looking for players that will not...
- AFK: These kids are the most annoying. Even if you are winning, if they don't like what you are saying they will just AFK. Reporting them seems worthless since no feedback is given.
- Feed: Not as bad, but still bad. They can do anything right and depending on the person, will not listen to you.
- Dumpster Dub-step Douche: Does not have his sound on and will not read chat. Also likes to say you did not say ss, mia, ect.
- Average DotA 2 player: Thinks he's the new SingSing. Does not listen to you be cause he's to good. Loses his lane and build the worst items.

It would also be nice if you had Skype.

I pretty much don't have any of those traits in me. And we pretty much have the same hatred burning inside against pubs.
