Mana is blue. So it doesn't make any sense to tint the icon into red.

All nice and good, but why no mechanical changes to Finger of death? With all those changes, a change to his ulti (that's really the same as Lina's one) could have been good too. Anyway all logical changes, especially his stupid blue color. Ah, and i propose to change his name from
Lion
to
Li'on

Mana is a standard colour - blue. Period.
The tint is fine. Snork's hero icon also. Impale and Crynoob's suggested lighting attack are great.

Don't like the third icon either, the rest are fine. Bleed Dry and the red icon makes it too much like a HP drain, I think everyone can accept that mana is blue so don't worry about it.

T-Up to all except 3rd (just keep it as Mana Drain). And I like 'Fel Curse' best among all the names you listed for the 2nd skill.

note- I loled at how in crynoob's suggestion, all the targets are little boys.... Fingering little boys eh, Mr. Lion?

T-UP expect the mana drain and impale. Felboar and explosion to ulti and possibly the color change of lion sounds cool.

for all other skills, except Mana Drain change. Mana's Standard Color - Blue - should never be changed. And you even renamed it into BLEED DRY, which means it absorbs BLOOD, not MANA, so

for Bleed Dry.

This is great... this is what I had in mind but you beat me to it. I fully support this cosmetic overhaul for Lion. Yes this makes him more "demonic".

Though the mana drain icon can still be the default one... it wouldn't really matter. Red mana drain seems to be a bit uncool.

Still I support all other suggestions made. Great job here!

Look my reorganization of the weapon shop for: • Organized shop layout (ala Sena the Accesorizer) • More unique +dmg items (BoA ,Broadswoard & Claymore) • Items and recipes are more logical and intuitive • Hammer is the old Javelin (the %chance fits naturaly in Basher + Mael) • Desolator is now made from swords and more!
