I agree. There should be requirements, otherwise all the games would be like regular queue matchmaking and what's the point?

A couple things I think should be considered are
1) attitude, no people with anger issues

2) people who are at least open minded to advice

Only the Client
Are you hosting PDGG chat?
Yes:You need Teamspeak Server maker
NO:You only need the Client.

Also,only use one "!",two and anything above that is redundant.
