What's the point of Puck?

What does low hp have to do with anything? Puck is very hard to kill.

The silence has a terrible aoe and means Puck has to be in the direct middle of a teamfight, and her ult is just BAD unless you're team is going to win at which point it can be used to kill stragglers. All that will happen is you will cast it on 3 heroes and then, unless they're melee, they will run around in tether range and kill your team. It makes positioning less than perfect but still manageable.

The nukes are decent, but nothing amazing. I could pick QoP and get better results.

Puck's main strength was the initiation to hold your opponent's team in place, and silence them so your team can beat them down. Disruptor does it better, albeit with less mobility/survivability so you'll probably be seeing disruptor more doing puck's role.

is about the positioning, her initiation is great for setting up a team fightand she is designed to play one like that (blink in, ulti/nuke and then orb out).

That said, i feel like she is useless as fck against oppo team who is fully aware of her and she requires alot of teamwork to work with. And ye i hate her low hp so much...it is supposed to be a part of the balance but i really feel like giving her extra 2-3 str point at start would help alot.

And please dont compare her to QoP......every hero is unique in dota...........please think about their uniqueness before you compare them....you reminded me of some sea guy comparing cm to rhasta.....

Puck's escape mechanism is what compensates for her low HP pool.
Imo, she doesn't need that much BUFF, maybe a bit on her damage or increasing the silence AoE will do. Although for me, she's got no REAL problem, that is, if you know how to handle such fragile ganker initiator that has the best chance of escaping a 5 man gank and dive back into them like NP.

Puck's spells need more damage. Not much, maybe something like 50 damage per spell.

QoP and Puck are smiliar, they're both mobile nukers with damaging aoe teamfight spells.

he's fun to play, I think he's just suffering from the abundance of mobility heroes lately.

Definitely needs more damage on spells. shes got nothing but her combo to throw and it stops being significant post early-mid.
Her play style is definitely interesting and challenging but other heroes being able to shrug off her damage makes her a high-skill but low-reward hero which is an anomaly in the game.

For me still one of the most fun heroes to play. The impact is a bit low but the fun justifies that :-)

Well, imo Puck does need some damage buff to his spells, they currently are too weak.
Don't get me wrong, I like the hero overall, but he's not good enough to compete with the real casters.

lag kills him, or should i say the engine the game is build killed him (the phase autocast change) And his damage is not that high so he has to spam his spell to get farm. some tweaks and hes ready to go.

What he really needs is his Q speed to be faster similiar to Bubbles in HoN.

His W kinda sucks to. 3 second silence and you have to be virtually in melee range when drow/DP gets like 6 second silence from range.
