Icefrog was tired of working on DotA a whole day, he take a break get himself into the game to search some fun. He disable the "-whosyourdaddy" command on himself to avoid being ban in league game.

Strength - 22 + 2.2
Agility - 22 + 2.2
Intelligence - 22 + 2.2 (Main Attribute)

Attack range of 125
Movement speed of 310
Sight Range of 1800/1200

HERO ABILITIES


Black Screen

IceFrog is mystical, no one knows who is he. He create a big black cloud so no one can see him. Last 8 seconds.

Level 1 - 500 AOE.
Level 2 - 600 AOE.
Level 3 - 700 AOE.
Level 4 - 800 AOE.

Cooldown: 20
Manacost: 100

- Do not be scare, it's not real black screen to your monitor.
- Think of Alchemist Acid Spray or SA smoke. Just the color turn into pure black and not transparent. You can't see anything inside.
- Only affect opponents. Ally will see a transparent grey cloud (Still able to see things inside.)
- You still able to locate all the units if you turn on "Always show Health Bars" in your option.

Lag

Icefrog want to relax but he don't want to lose the match, he make enemy units has high ping and connection delay during the gameplay.

Level 1 - 1 second delay. Slow ms by 10%.
Level 2 - 1.5 seconds delay. Slow ms by 15%.
Level 3 - 2 seconds delay. Slow ms by 20%.
Level 4 - 2.5 seconds delay. Slow ms by 25%.

Cooldown: 20
Duration: 6
Manacost: 100
AOE: 350

- This skill is delay simulation that will only affect the targeted hero action only.
- Example: he get 2.5 seconds delay, whenever he click his hero to move, the hero will start moving after 2.5 seconds. Same things to spell casting, when he cast a stormbolt, the hero will action after 2.5 seconds.

Are you pro in micro?

IceFrog want to test whether his opponent is a pro or not. He disable all keyboard hotkey command on that hero for some time. Casting range improve per level.

Level 1 - 300 range, last 3 second.
Level 2 - 500 range, last 5 second.
Level 3 - 700 range, last 7 second.
Level 4 - 900 range, last 9 second.

Cooldown: 30
Manacost: 20

- Disable all hotkey command to targeted player. Nothing will happen when he press F1, A, S, H, all the Spell hotkeys.
- Left click for hero icon, spell icons; right click to attack only. Mouse micro ftw.

Transformer 3 : Defense of the Ancients

Icefrog likes DotA, he can randomly transform himself into any Hero in DotA, having their skills learned according to his skill set.

Level 1 - Last 8 seconds.
Level 2 - Last 12 seconds.
Level 3 - Last 16 seconds.

Cooldown: 70/60/50
Manacost: 100/50/0

- When Icefrog transform into another hero, he will get all his skills, not just ultimate skill.

- Example: At level 6, Icefrog has Level 2 "Mind Free", Level 2 "Lag", Level 1 "Buff or Nerf", and Level 1 "T3: DotA"
- You click the skill, and Icefrog transform into Slayer the hot chick. Now the model will change into Lina and he will learned Level 2 "Dragon Slave", Level 2 "Light Strike Array", Level 1 "Fiery Soul", and Level 1 "Laguna Blade".

- His stats, item, Hp, Mp will remain the same.
- You can choose what hero you want by typing "-HeroName" before you cast the spell, and "-randomhero" to restore it back to default random state.

LMAO. Usually, when i come across joke heroes like this, i move on. But this is something special. Way to suck it up!

Mind Free: (10/10)
Free AOE buff/debuff. Excellent. IceFrog is the king of Dota, he can do whatever the hell he wants.

Lag: (8/10)
I'm not quite sure if this is codeable but hell, it would be fun to make the other dude lag. Then suddenly, he really lags. LMAO.

Buff or Nerf: (0/10)
Don't get me wrong, IceFrog loves to buff/nerf heroes, but this is one skill you'd love to throw in the garbage. Talk about imba.

T3 DOTA: (5/10)
What the hell can you do if you get Pit Lord or someone with a useless Ulti? . Although you'd benefit from Lion's finger or Lina's laguna. Concept-wise, horrible, as you randomize.

Overall: (5.75/10)
Listen, i know this is just a fun/joke hero, but when i review, its a real review. IceFrog would have fun looking at this i guess. I LMAO'd at the skills, i just hope your not offended about my comments, . I mean, i highly doubt you were actually serious in making this hero. Hahaha... good luck.
