[REMAKE] Rylai Crestfall, the Crystal Maiden

Frozen Path

Rylai creates a path of ice as she slides on it, moving to a target location. Enemies that pass through the wall will be slowed and will take damage over time. The wall lasts 5 seconds.

Mana Cost: 100/110/130/140
Cooldown: 32/27/22/18 seconds

Level 1- 600 Range. 15% slow and 20 damage over 3 seconds.
Level 2- 800 Range. 20% slow and 30 damage over 3 seconds.
Level 3- 1000 Range. 25% slow and 40 damage over 3 seconds.
Level 4- 1200 Range. 30% slow and 50 damage over 3 seconds.

Comments: a mix of Storm's Ult + Invoker's Ice Wall. Rylai moves fast to a target location and as she moves, an Ice Path is created. She will slide on this Ice Path at 1600 movespeed. Frozen Path's slow stacks with Freezing Field's.

Freezes the target in a case of ice, prohibiting movement and attacking. Deals 70 damage per second. Can be casted on Rylai herself for a spell block and a 70 hp/sec heal.

Mana Cost: 115/125/140/150
Cooldown: 10 seconds

Level 1- Lasts 1.5 seconds.
Level 2- Lasts 2 seconds.
Level 3- Lasts 2.5 seconds.
Level 4- Lasts 3 seconds.

Comments: now if Rylai casts this spell on herself, she will block the first disable spell (hex, stun, ensnare, shackles, sleep...) that targets her during 1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds and will gain a 70 hp/sec heal.

Brilliance Aura

Gives additional mana regeneration to all friendly units on the entire map.

Passive

Level 1- Adds 0.5 mana regeneration.
Level 2- Adds 1.0 mana regeneration.
Level 3- Adds 1.5 mana regeneration.
Level 4- Adds 2.0 mana regeneration.

Causes many random icy explosions in an area surrounding Rylai. Enemy units in the Freezing Field are slowed. Lasts 4 seconds.

Comments: now that all skills synergize with Freezing Field, I don't need to change this skill.

The new first and the third skill together just spells imbalanced. Add in the ultimate and you have a combo that can't be stopped outside of having a BKB. Hmmm... it needs more balance but having a blink and magic immunity afterward is just too much, even on an INT hero.

T-up for first skill it's awesome free dagger, an increase in damage by 25 or duration by 1-2 sec
T-up for new attack animation its suits her description more more
T-down for 3rd skill, always liked this skill. free aura that can be acquires by carrying a ring of basillus (no brilliance aura = no spamming/nuking)

BTW

the 3rd seems to be a potential in new heroes (hey what about anti mage having this instead of spell shield but with lower durations and it is only activated after he has been damaged by a spell to balance things)

I really suggest tweaking magic immunity on that 3rd skill.

T-up. she's really weak now, considering her frostbite can be orbwalked by orbwalkers like ench,silencer,viper, etc.
she always get pinned down the moment she gets to touch her ulti.

I think its a great idea, I love the synergy

But. I doubt it could work politically, people love CM way too much.
So maybe you could make a completely new hero or something, mess with the visuals here and there change ice to steel or whatever.
Why waste a great idea right?

Yes, that sounds balanced. Let's buff an already powerful spell by giving it AOE, SILENCE, and MORE DAMAGE. But the kicker is that the one thing you nerfed about it is the thing that people get Frostbite for: the movement disable. Just a very strange and dumb remake for that spell at least. I also dislike that you removed brilliance aura, taking away from her supportive side.
