Arrow Rain
Bombards an area with basic arrows dealing magical damage.

1 LVL 100 mana Deals 80 damage 15 sec. cd
2 LVL 120 mana Deals 150 damage 15 sec. cd
3 LVL 140 mana Deals 220 damage 15 sec. cd
4 LVL 160 mana Deals 290 damage 15 sec. cd


Natures Protection
All the foes in 400 units area to Aarko loose interest and stop attacking her.

1 LVL 60 mana for 1 seconds 30 sec. cd
2 LVL 60 mana for 2 seconds 25 sec. cd
3 LVL 60 mana for 3 seconds 20 sec. cd
4 LVL 60 mana for 3.5 seconds 15 sec. cd


Flaming Torch
Aarko shoots a flaming arrow in any direction(1100 units). Upon landing arrow stuck in the ground and works as a torch for limited amount of time.

1 LVL 70 mana 350 AOE vision, lasts for 5 seconds 20 sec. cd
2 LVL 70 mana 410 AOE vision, lasts for 7 seconds 20 sec. cd
3 LVL 70 mana 500 AOE vision, lasts for 12 seconds 20 sec. cd
4 LVL 70 mana 610 AOE vision, lasts for 20 seconds 20 sec. cd


Natures Vengeance
Aarko bombards an area of 800 units with poison arrows(1.5 second cast delay) dealing instant damage + DoT damage.

1 LVL 150 mana dealing 300 instant damage, 20 DoT 15 seconds 110 sec. cd
2 LVL 175 mana dealing 370 instant damage, 40 DoT 15 seconds 110 sec. cd
3 LVL 215 mana dealing 440 instant damage, 60 DoT 15 seconds 110 sec. cd

As i said i'm not really good at coming up with numbers, so i just used the numbers of the flaming torch skill.

For the other skills I was thinking about a:


Rain Skill
The Rain Misstress can cause the rain pouring from the sky. Feeling at home at such a climate Aarko moves faster the longer it rains, up to a X% increase. Aarko can also use the humid atmosphere to imbue her body causing her to auto-meld in the rain. The longer it has rained, the faster Aarko can meld. This skill requires a amount of mana to activate, can be deactivated and has a cooldown before it can be activated again. It also drains mana over time.

AND/OR
Passive Critical hit/Longer range skill
(possible name: water manipulation)
Aarko manipulates the water present in the air to boost her arrows, making them carry farther, or to making them hit critical spots. The range/crit increases if it's raining and the longer it rains.
This skill is extra range OR crit, therefore it can be toggled, having a cooldown of 30 seconds

Ofcourse, the first icon must be turned blue, but since I am a Nub at Adobe® Photoshop® CS4, I can't.

What do You think about this proposal?


Rain Mistress

STR - 16 + 2.0
AGI - 25 + 1.8
INT - 18 + 1.4

Water Arrows

Gives additional damage and gives % upon last hit to create a water element for 10 seconds.

1lvl 8 mana, 2 sec. cd, 15 dmg, 20% to create a water element (22-25 dmg, 250 hp)
2lvl 8 mana, 2 sec. cd, 20 dmg, 30% to create a water element (22-25 dmg, 350 hp)
3lvl 8 mana, 0 sec. cd, 25 dmg, 40% to create a water element (22-25 dmg, 450 hp)
4lvl 8 mana, 0 sec. cd, 30 dmg, 50% to create a water element (22-25 dmg, 550 hp)

(This skill is more for better last hit and farming with water elements, than for dmging.)

*Orb effects and buff placers does not stack.
*Can't create more than 8 elements.
*Elements are controllable.

Water speed

Rain Mistress gains speed when she's walking on the water. (Not only god can walk on water now)

1lvl gains 10% to speed when she's in the river.
2lvl gains 15% to speed when she's in the river.
3lvl gains 20% to speed when she's in the river.
4lvl gains 25% to speed when she's in the river.

(Sometimes it's good to have an extra speed when you are running from enemies along the river. Mainly it's a useless skill, just had this idea for some time now)
(Should form a combo with Ultimate)

*Passive skill
*After coming out of the river speed buff still lasts for 5 seconds
*This skill work only when hero is in the river

Natures Protection

Basically it's a reversed Axe's Berserk.

1lvl 60 mana, 30 sec. cd, last for 1.5 sec.
2lvl 60 mana 25 sec. cd, last for 2 sec.
3lvl 60 mana 20 sec. cd, last for 2.5 sec.
4lvl 60 mana 15 sec. cd, last for 3 sec.

(This skill is mainly for escaping or stopping channeling spells)
(The effect from this spell should be the same as Invoker's Deafening Blast)

Mass water clones

Rain Mistress Blinks to an enemy hero and creates 12 water clones around the enemy hero, forming a round circle.

1lvl 120 mana, 120 sec. cd, last for 8 sec.
2lvl 100 mana, 100 sec. cd, last for 10 sec.
3lvl 80 mana, 80 sec. cd, last for 12 sec.

(Copies form a round circle around enemy hero, blocking him from escaping)
(This skill has similarities with Clockwerk's Power Cogs and Furion's Sprout)
*The blinking animation can be similar to CK's/Mortred blink or to Mirana's Leap.
*Copies attack all at the same time, so you can't figure out who is the real one.
*Copies do only 20% of your original damage and take 2x damage.
*Copies can't move, nor can be controlled.

Possible effect during ultimate:


-Gaining attack speed
-Gaining damage
-Reducing Armor
-Adding critical strike
-Bash

Ah a new suggestion! Let's see,

Model: Basic archer model. Well we should say most genius things are the most simple ones.

1st skill, arrow rain: Kinda basic aoe damage spell. Nothing special, nothing original. t-down

2nd skill, Natures Protection: I don't quite get this skill. Is it to prevent creeps and such from auto-attacking you? If so it's like an invis, but people will be able to see you, you can still be attacked by all players who know how to right-click attack and you can still be nuked to death? Although this skill is unique, there is a reason why it is unique; it's not that good. t-down

3rd skill, Flaming Torch: That is what warding is for. Now it just looks like a really nerfed Elunes Arrow.

Ultimate, Natures Vengeance: Nothing special, looks like a boosted arrow rain and snipers shrapnel combi.

It seems to me like you tried to come up with another range carry hero and tried to integrate some spells. Too bad there is no synergy between this spells.

Yeah, I knew that people won't like most of the skills and the model. I was hoping that people will like Natures Protection. The idea was simple, upon pressing this skill people around archer in 400 unit will stop hitting her for some period. They still can see her, but can't attack. They also can start running in the opposite direction of archer for like 1-2 secs.

Oh so you can't attack her at all? Is it like an opposite to Axes Berserker Call? If so you'd better said it was some shockwave that blows enemies away from you, although it doesnt fit in the theme in any way.
Ive thought about arko and i'd like to give her a chance (i really like the rain theme somehow) but the skills gotta change anyhow, this is just to basic.
I'll see if i can get up with some other skills later today.

Arrow Rain - Too boring, its like BB's 1st skill. Obviously t-d

Natures Protection - I dont think this is good. Also i dont think that it is codeable(i lack t-map make skills, anyone confirm) Null Vote

I'm just suggesting,.. can you put some damage on it's 3rd skill because i think this hero lacks the damage to kill other heroes... but i like the rest of the hero..

My 2nd checkup here

Functionality of Skills

Water Arrows - Good last hitting/summon skill. Skills is good by itself, but i dont think this will synergize well with other skills.

Water speed - Concept was good, Fits the theme, but as you said "Mainly it's a useless skill". Lame. t-d

Natures Protection - nc explanation "Basically it's a reversed Axe's Berserk". i think this will be a t-d

Mass water clones - Explanation required. Will Rain Mistress sacrifice his armor or enemy blinked at will be losing armor? Blinks to an enemy? So why should be form a circle?

Synergy

Skill - poor, seriously

Visuals

Presentation - 5/10 This is the best template to use, Click Me

Icon - Overused, some are recolored 2/10

Model - Fine, 7/10

Overall

overall - Refine your tooltips, explain further, think about effectiveness of your skills, presentation is how you "sell" your hero ideas to us, and most important, synergy and creativity on skills

How do you mean there is a synergy? Can the images use the nature protection spell?
If so this skill is imba, pushing a hero from side to side in the circle not being able to do anything.

I would like some more explanation on the ultimate skill before reviewing. What if there are trees in the way? Or impassable train? Does the armor decrease apply to yourself, or to your target? Are the images controllable?

I have the feeling this skill is to much overpowered.

I'll give a full review if you want after some of these questions are answered.^^

How do you mean there is a synergy? Can the images use the nature protection spell?
If so this skill is imba, pushing a hero from side to side in the circle not being able to do anything.

I would like some more explanation on the ultimate skill before reviewing. What if there are trees in the way? Or impassable train? Does the armor decrease apply to yourself, or to your target? Are the images controllable?

I have the feeling this skill is to much overpowered.

I'll give a full review if you want after some of these questions are answered.^^

I think i'm posting a hero idea soon with a rain theme, but intead of using a agi model, I'll use an int one. I would like to thank you for the idea of the rain theme, it really made me come up with many ideas about skills etc.
