Bonus

Quell
-32% bonus attack damage against non-hero units if wielder is melee, +12% bonus attack damage against non-hero units if wielder is ranged.

Tree Eating
-Eats a tree to restore 115 HP over 16 seconds.
Cooldown: 30 seconds.

*Tree Eating cooldown is independent from the tango cooldown.
*Tree Eating stacks with Tango.
*If you have more than 3 tangoes in your inventory while making this item, only 3 tangoes will be consumed in the process.
*Cannot carry more than one.
*Cannot carry along with Quelling Blade.

This is basically a quelling blade with tango effect. Of course, tree eating has unlimited uses.

I thought of this idea since quelling blade's tree chop is kinda dull, and usually people don't carry around tangoes that much after very early game.
It is a very useful item for junglers, since it has Quell, and Tango all in one.
Also note that cost is just 600, meaning you can get this even at the start of 5v5 match.

More suggestions will be welcomed, and if this item suggestion already exists(I have no idea since I didn't look for one), please notify me.

The consumable issue isn't really an issue in my opinion because I think most people would buy this as their starting item. Moreover using other items aside from tango can ruin the concept itself.

I mean if you have a tango and this item in your inventory, using Tree Eating won't prevent you from using tango.

Great idea, but i dont think its very necessary... 285 gold for recipe, = 9 tangos, plus the 90 gold for the tangos used in recipe= 12 tangoes if bought alone.... i dont think ive ever needed that many....even if i got some from a leaver.

Nice idea and nice item. averages around 3 regen a second if used every cooldown. I see it useful in easier lanes or a supplement for other regen items and jungling of courge

He has a point. And tangoes stack, so there's not really the issue of inventory space (especially since tangoes are mostly early game).

I'm pretty sure I've seen this suggested several times, tangoes in an item that is.

I've always liked the idea. I mean, tree chopping is fun, but unless you are jungling or fighting furion it is useless. Multifunctional items make me happy, and this one is pretty good to boot.

Maybe though, you could give ranged units an extra +6%. It wouldn't be imba, and it seems unfair that unlimited tangoes is almost exclusively for melee heroes.

Edit:

Just did a little math. Used constantly, this would provide 5.75 hp regen per second.

Lower heal or increase cd, because it cost to little to give such high hp regen.

30 second cd seemed good.

What about rename it to Blade of Essifation?
It sounds a lot better.
Quelling Blade + Ancient Tango of Essifation = Blade of Essifation
(Although Essifation has no meaning at all, I dont know why tango was even given this name)

T-Up if the numbers are to be balanced so that the average healing/s is around 3, making it an alternative to the normal RoH as a starting item without overshadowing it too much.
