This suggested animation fits his naga theme and is WAY BETTER than the current.

Pros
+ looks A LOT better with the new animations
+ fits his NAGA theme
+ shows team color on the hilt of his weapon


Cons
- maybe some MSI (but icefrog told us not to worry )

- doesn't look bad ass with the model change and tint?

Love it. I'm generally all for making the heroes more based around their "theme" as long as it doesn't interfere too much with how something works or how a hero plays.

I'd like it more if it said that the armor gets rusty and slowly falls off. Water doesn't really melt metal. Sounds like some hot lava thingies.

In some other topics, there's some discussion about whether Amp Damage is clearly visible enough. I don't think this cosmetic remake helps that very much.

Big wave attached to your head kind does that.
What more do you want, exlamation mark sized to scale 15?

Seriously, that's kinda obvious effect. Many debuffs have lesser animations, especially Amp Damage' brother, Track. No effect.

Well I mostly meant the current one is harder to see on heroes like Lina and Clinkz due to their flaming character models. But yes your point is very valid.

Are there more pictures? Does it resemble Double Damage buff?

mm.. I think this animation does it. And since you can see the guy anyway, it won't take long to locate the debuffed one.

Well that wasn't my point exactly, but yea, it's attached to his middle body. I think there was some sorta "water bursting from everywhere"- theme attempted.
