[Cosmetic] Observer Scoreboard and Ultimates

Hi there.

I've searched the forums for an existing similar Suggestion and found these:
ult. cds on scoreboard.
Ultis' Cooldowns for observers

But they do not seem to be what i mean, so here's my one:

I suggest to show the Ultimate Cooldowns on the Observer Scoreboard as shown in the Attachment.

For this example i've photoshopped (paint.net-ed actually) an additional Textline in the current Observer Scoreboard, as we all know it when we watch a game on ggtv ot wtv (or offline with a replay of a game wich had observers).

Maybe it's possible to even add Mini-Icons of the respective Ultimates next to their Cooldown-Numbers like with the Respawn Counter (Viper as Example here, that's not not photoshopped).

Pros:
-More detailed info for Shoutcasters (no more TobiWanKenobi "andyeshisultimatemaybeupbynow" in less than 0.5 seconds)
-Able to predict possible huge Teamfigts for Observers/Watchers

Cons:
-The current Scoreboard becomes even huger (Space limitations ?)
-No idea if it's complicated to code or not, or even possible.
