Default [IMPLEMENTED][Buff] Change Courier Type

Change Courier Type
Cooldown from 2 seconds to 0.5 seconds.

Reason for Buff:
Oh, c'mon, aren't you just annoyed when you switch your animal courier, like forever, into a chicken/mini-pudge just so you would piss of enemies with that Dagon/Manta/BKB?!

New Courier Models
Chicken w/ Backpack (not implemented...sigh...)
Goblin Techies (suggested by yankstar)

women can't be hot when 40cm tall.

But chicken with backpack is a must!

Shorter cooldown is a must as well, I always use the racoon courrier and hate to click 8 times and spend so much time.

I hate time consumption from clicking many times for changing to Mini-Pudge.

This would be very easy for IceFrog. Actually i believe he should make mini versions of all heroes for courier. Tough it would take a little too long to find what you want so he should make some command changing courier type. T-UP (PENGUING FTW!)

Mini Pudge kicks ass

I only change the courier type when i'm dead and wait for the death timer to end 'cause of the long cooldown.

Good Sugestion
