To begin with it blocks all the incoming damage, not matter of type. Except from triggered hp removal but this isn't considered damage in the first place.
Also, triggered heals do not have any stacking issues with any of items granting hardcoded damage block (Resistant Skin) or magic resistance (Runed Bracers).

To begin, it doesn't block anything.It merely heals you after you have received that damage.

Gravekeeper's Cloak is a triggered heal, that heals you with value of HPLoss*Skill%
By Hp loss i mean damage you take after All reductions, amplifications like damage block whatever. No stacking issues with anything. If another Triggered Heal is present like apothic shield, You will be healed fully for the damage you take by Apothic Shield. And gravekeepers cloak heal you for certain percent of the damage resulting in a HP increase. |
