I think he means that after you lose 600 health and have all negitive buffs removed there is then a 3 second cooldown where the damage you take does not apply and no buff will be removed.
But honestly I have no idea if I'm right or not. T-meh till some more info is added.

if im right then in that case T-DOWN.
tide really isnt very hard to kill useless he is very fed. early to mid game he only has enough health to maybe remove negitive buffs twice. If your team wasted all of their stuns on one target they should kinda expect to lose.

You serious?
Did you ever heard of killing the initator before or in the fight before he uses Ulti?
Two times removing the buff is MORE then enough to use Ulti, which grants the initate.

Maybe i am just unlucky, but i experienced this 5 times now.
And a gank on Earthshaker is ALWAYS succesful.

Guess what? Thats the purpose of the whole skill.
T-Down on a cooldown, but I dont like, you need kraken only lvl 1 to get the full buff removal function. I mean, who levels this skill at all?

I am up for a scaling of the buff removal like 800/700/600/500 Hp lost needed.
Also you should add a slightly better explanation in the first post. Yeah, one-liners are cool n stuff, but adding 2 more sentences does not hurt anyone.

But with this skill he got an advantage over other initators and i am not destroying this skill, just nerfing it.
Personally i think Tide needs a nerf, and this is a small nerf.
