Whew. The hero collab comes together. I have some interesting thoughts on this, but I'd rather the others fill in first so I can get on with it.
I'll volunteer to make the story as soon as its all done. |

ok..
i still dont have any names in mind^^ but ahmm.. ill start off with his skills.. 1st skill goes sumthin like this.. *Hero Name* goes berserk in a couple of seconds, increasing his attack speed by 50/60/70/80% and movespeed by 5/7/9/11%. Deals pure damage. Lasts 3/4/5/6 seconds. 2nd skill... (this skill works the same but not exactly the same as Blink Strike) *Hero Name* uses his killer instincts to sense the most weakest(lowest life) enemy in a 300/400/500/600 area from his position, attacks it swiftly and moves at its position dealing 100 damage and stunning it for .50/1/1.50/2 seconds. 3rd skill.. *Hero Name*'s fearsome claws tears his target's body apart, giving him a 15% chance to deal +20/30/40/50% pure damage. Ulti.. still thinking about it :/ any comments?

I think we should first say something about general role and theme, before making skills, otherwise we have tons of skills which support a totally different role and dont fit to each other.
@lemonquake: Afaik its codeable. First skill is average, could be much better. Second skill synergizes great with my skill suggestion, but it needs some more flavor imo, Ill think about it. Third skill is fine, though Id work it out a bit different, Id make him deal pure damage every X attacks. Simplier to code and not so much chance based, what is kind of lame sometimes. Edit: Quick idea, coz I simply love this ult and it fits to bloodthirsty wendigos ^^ Credits to Shinig4mi here. Quote:

Meh-Teh (the term called by indigenous people near Nepal where the Yeti is found) would be an excellent name.
And I feel he should be a disabler-ganker/tanker. Someone who freezes the dude to disable and gank and at the same time to be the tank of the team. |

im thinking his role should be a semi-tank ganker^^
as what king james said a little disable(freeze/bash/etc) would suit his ganking role. a tanking skill like tidehunter or axe perhaps? is this hero an INT-type?

and about making the 3rd skill work every X attacks, i love it^^ yeah i suppose making it chance based is lame and will be purely based on your luck. got any idea on reworking the 2nd skill?

Freezing moon - Ultimate, Active
Meh-Teh summons an orb of radiant cold. Hovering in mid-air, it's icy rays induce numbness to the bodies of his enemies as long as they stay in it's cold light. For every second an enemy hero spends in the designated AoE and if he has direct sight of the orb, his as and ms are cumulatively reduced and the damage he takes is cumulatively amplified (first reduction happens on second 0, upon casting). Enemies that avoid the rays (no direct vision of the orb eg. hide behind trees) stop being subject to the effect. After someone stops being subject to the effect (= spell ends or he moves out of the AoE or out of sight of the orb) it's accumulated effects start fading at the rate of two instances per second. If someone stops being affected by the orb and then starts again, it's effect continues. Level 1: -3% ms and AS penalty and +1% more damage taken for each second. Level 2: -4% ms and AS penalty and +2% more damage taken for each second. Level 3: -5% ms and AS penalty and +3% more damage taken for each second. Range: debatable AoE: should be about 900 diameter Duration: 5 seconds at all levels (or maybe 4/5/6) Mana cost: high enough for such a powerful effect Cooldown: high enough for such a powerful effect *We could add a casting time or make it a channeling skill Explanation Meh-Teh casts Freezing Moon level 2 and enemy Balanar is inside the AoE. Bala immediately gets a -4%ms,AS and +2% damage taken. Then he gets stunned for 1 second, thus not being able to escape the orb, and at the end of the 1st second he has a -8%ms,AS and +4% dmg taken. After the stun ends he starts moving to hide behind some nearby trees. After another second he effectively hides from the rays, getting an other -4/+2 to his ms,as/dmg taken on his way there, now having a -12% ms,as and +6% dmg taken (end of 2nd second). He stays there for one more sec (end of 4th sec), recovering from two instances of the effect, ending up with -4%ms/as and +2% dmg taken. Then he decides to move in the fray again. Being under the effect once more, at the end of the 5th second he goes to -8%/+4%. The spell ends and Bala will recover from the numbness after 1 second.

Someone made this interesting skill that delt with freezing the floor and allowing heroes that go on it to slide.
That would be pretty interesing...making an ice rink for escaping or ganking or just messing around. Could be like: Hail Hell Description: Hero summons a giant hail boulder that deals damage. After impact, the ground freezes over and those who walk on it will slip on it being dealt further damage and being disabled until reaching the other side. Level 1: Deals 100 damage stuns for 0.5 second. Those who step on it will slide to other side being deal 25 damage. Level 2: Deals 125 damage, stuns for 1 second. Those who step on it will slide to other side being deal 50 damage. Level 3: Deals 150 damage stuns for 1.5 seconds. Those who step on it will slide to other side being deal 75 damage. Level 4: Deals 175 damage, stuns for 2 seconds. Those who step on it will slide to other side being deal 100 damage. AoE: 500 Mana Cost: 140 Cooldown: 15 seconds Duration 7 seconds Movement speed on ice: 500 Note: [*]With a movespeed of 500, it'll take 2 seconds to reach from one point to the other if you start from the furthest point to reach the other side. [*]Where ever hero is facing, that is the direction he/she will slide. |

@ The slow-orb: Interesting idea! I'd like to see how else we could approach the idea of stacking slows. EG...
Cold Snap (or, er, some other name since Invoker has this one apparently): Instant cast that gives enemies a 30/40/50/60% slow in an AOE (goes down by 5% per second, meaning 6/8/10/12 seconds as the enemy steadily regains normal movement speed). Admittedly I realise it's similar to Crystal/Frost Nova but it focuses on the slow. Quote:

i was thinking Ga'Fago. it's kinda Wendigo-ish and it was the name of a killer wendigo i once saw in a book. @ Axidos Cold snap is an invoker spell.
