I agree.

But range has to be 128 or 150 max. These are the only ranges presently available to melee heroes (apart from the "default" 100 range)

Ppl, let me remind you JJE92's words: we better get away with skills, and then we will handle with stats. There's no point in discussing stats now. I mean, yet. k?

Well, we have had a suggestion about CLAWS. Every 8/7/6/5 hit deals some pure damage. It's not about to be very big, and, maybe we should reduce his agility for no imba.

What do you think about it, folks?

Those sound... ok-ish to bad. Valdis is the only one I like but that's just me.

Ok time to bring some lore to the name suggestions. If a Wendigo has a known name, it's either a Wendigo name, or a name given to it by fearful locals (after whatever they fear most about the Wendigo). Or both at once!

Wendigo names in WoW:
Bloodroar the Stalker
Edan the Howler
Frostmaw
Mezzir the Howler
Old Icebeard
Skhowl
Vagash
How to find them: Go to Wowhead and find a Wendigo mob. Go to its page, then click the "Same model as (##)" tab. All the mobs on the list share the model of the mob you chose, so they're either Wendigos or something that looks like a Wendigo (e.g. mechanical Wendigos)

Is this hero ice-themed? I'd go for snow though to try something new. You can make him summon a huge snowball to roll across the battlefield similar to Invoker's meteor but carries all units passed like Raijin's old ultimate, just an input from a forum lurker.

This, same opinion.

The snowball idea doesnt sound bad, but I think now we should first focus on the 2nd aspect of the theme. Snow is agreed by everyone as the first, now lets decide what teh second could be.
One idea was claws already, which could fit good to the model, but isnt that new either, some other heroes like e.g. ursa use it a bit as well.

Icy Fur

[Hero's name(I preffer Kor'asek)]'s fur is partially frozen, and it sometimes protects him due to it's hardiness.

Level 1: 25% chance to reduce the damage taken by 35%.
Level 2: 25% chance to reduce the damage taken by 45%.
Level 3: 25% chance to reduce the damage taken by 55%.
Level 4: 25% chance to reduce the damage taken by 65%.

I remaked my suggested skill:

Congeal Hide

Description: Hero name's nature makes him resistant whenever he wants. He will gain damage reduction in each successful attacks.

Level 1: Whenever he is attacked twice, he will get 1 charge. Charge gives 6% reduced damage. Cap of 3 Charges.
Level 2:Whenever he is attacked twice, he will get 1 charge. Charge gives 8% reduced damage. Cap of 3 Charges.
Level 3:: Whenever he is attacked twice, he will get 1 charge. Charge gives 10% reduced damage. Cap of 3 Charges.
Level 4: Whenever he is attacked twice, he will get 1 charge. Charge gives 12% reduced damage. Cap of 3 Charges.

Duration: 3 seconds

Notes:
• Passive
• Reduces all types of damage(physical,magical mixed etc)
• Attack does not count if it is less than 40
