Nice Flying Machine idea =).
However I miss a passive/autocastable skill for a better look.
Having no ideas for the icons You need :/.
Gravity Bomb is too unoriginal I think, it's like Dark Seers nuke, but this one pulls the enemies with a much lower speed.

Hmm? What? I'm expecting someone will say this is similar to black hole... --a

This is last for several duration while dark seer just pull it like that

Also this doesn't damage while it does.

Haha... I've already anticipated it when making this skill

First, black hole completely disables enemies while this still enables them to cast skill and spell.

Second, black hole is channeling while this throws a kind of grenade to do it instead of yourself

Third, black hole does damage while this isn't

He isn't Zeppelin. And he doesn't ride, he flies. You fooled me into reading this suggestion as I thought it had Zeppelin model. The Zeppelin's voice set implies Mad Rider, of Flier. I like zeppelin.

Well, at first his name was Zap then I changed it to Zapper.

But I think both name doesn't sound fit so I changed it to Zepplin.

Suggest me a better name then I'll immediately change it.

You might wanna give him a Dwarven name. Something lame with soft letters like B, G, D. Vocal O sounds like made for dwarf.

First Skill: Remove the random factor, combine the two effects if you have to. Napalm is inherently useless for creeping because the missiles home in on heroes. You also didn't specify how fast the missiles are moving.

Second Skill: Nice new concept, but numbers need tweaking. Buff the miss rate to 15 or 20% at level 4. Nerf the MS bonus, its ridiculous(I'd place it on my third skill idea, if you want to use it). Otherwise great concept.

Third Skill: No, this ability's concept is basically a vacuum that requires aiming. I don't like it, try to replace it with something else.

Ultimate: Lower Cooldowns at levels 1/2, nobody is going to get the ulti until late-ish game. Also, nice idea but I'd give it a secondary passive effect, such as improving all of his other skills. (lowering rocket CD, madshot miss rate, or AOE for

Bogdan the Mad Rider, I like the name change.

But I think it should be, Bogdan the Mad Aviator. It gives the reader the indication that he's not riding say, a wolf or a dinosaur, but definitely some sort of flying device.

Also, a question -- you stated that if the target of your Homing Missile becomes magic immune (Repel, BKB, etc.) then the missile will automatically search for another target within a 1000 AOE.

But, what happens if the only target in the 1000 AOE is the magic immune target? Does the missile float around in circles til the magic immunity wears off, then hits? Or does it fizzle and disappear?

Also, what happens if you shoot it in an AOE where there IS no enemy hero?

It will comeback to the targeted point and explode in both case

Oh, another question -- what if there are two heroes in the AOE, which one does the rocket automatically try to target first? Is it like Tinker's, where it will target the closer one? Or perhaps the one with lower HP?

You'll target a point for the rocket. First, rocket flies to the point and then it will search the hero closest from the point.
