I'd agree with everything besides the damage, 25 is fine. Most of the bash skills at lvl 4 are about 70'ish giving this about a lvl 2-3 bash damage which is a bit much.

T-down, even if I'm playing a ranged hero, sometimes I'm making Cranium (only if having high attack speed). It works very well, no need to change for me.

So basicly it was:
Low chance, Low coolodown. Now its: Big chance, Big cooldown. If you like 2 : 2 = 1 or 4 : 4 = 1 Skill looks the same to me. T-Down. Range heroes shouldn't buy it at all!

T-Up, because this new Basher is usefull to stop channelings. Even if MKB is designed for stopping channelings, Bash is the better disable^^ And ranged Minibash with high chance is not that useful, because crit can't occur then iirc.

T-down, perma bash is stupid, this item despite its cooldown allows it. If the chances to bash were the same I say the melee need a cd of 3.4 atleast and the ranged 4.4

Manta needs a remake too, thats a cruddy item unless you are already a hero that has images. Also, images dont bash but do a phantom bash, it appears over the targets head with no effect, they still move around and such. But yes even ranged can almost perma bash or even do so when they have fast attack speed at the current 10%

did u know the phantom bash makes the norm bash longer? i don't think so, btw i rather manta on agi heros than syy, i always get manta on sniper as an example

It's been a while im a little rusty but yeah I remember something about the image bash I would have to look it up again. Manta sucks though >.< . I wish it were changed, I mean especailly for the price you really dont get much.
