README: in my free time i come up with new abilities without a hero and i thought, maybe someone of you have the opposite problem. a hero, but you do not have a fitting skills. so feel free to use/tweak/when necessary rename (but keep the concept) my skills. just mention you used my skill and add a link to my thread. also please post here and add a link to your suggestion. i will also add a keynote to the skill you used, like i did for 'berserker soul'
again, this is more or less just a concept collection. the number may be not so good. so please do not discuss here about the balance. just use the skill and blance it in your hero concept

Wow you really are genius. I like almost all of your ability. But canine madness attack speed is not that great for caster to receive that penalty. Maybe you can add some bonus damage with percentage and increase the attack speed so it could be a nice ultimate for strength hero.
Level 1 - every 600 range a 20% chance to blink 100 range
Level 2 - every 500 range a 25% chance to blink 150 range
Level 3 - every 400 range a 30% chance to blink 200 range
Level 4 - every 300 range a 35% chance to blink 250 range
You have some nice ideas, but Blink Swift is too random. If you're chasing someone and blink ahead of him you'll have to turn back and start the chase again, or he may take the chance to run in the other way, to the fog.

It's indeed a good idea, but I'd make some tweaks before using.
Anyway, nice brainstorming you got here. I've had some problems to think of skills for the hero I (hoperfully) will suggest, but you seems like a pool of ideas.

i have the opposite problem. to come up with a skill ideas is no problem for me, but to merge them to one hero ...
I belive old Morph had a skill simialr to Mirror Magic. It's strong, and random. But it's a nice idea.
All seeing eyes are stupid, I prefer to buy wards.. These work is a astrange way.
Hit-n-run. Extremmely stupid name, but this is my favorite from all these skills. It's quite simple, but awesome, really.
Canine madness. Overall, you gain a huge speed a start, so you can escape or chase, then escape. small slow is nothing, and the duration is nothing too. You will do what u wanted to do in the first 25 sec.
Empty mind. Similar to my spell lock, but less complicated. This is codeable and its nice too.
Rest are forced suggestions, like using your enemies damage to damage him, kidna wierd and doesnt fit.Voodoo puppet is a simple 50% damage reduction, which goes on your illusion.

"... 50% damage reduction ..." is correct, but you can attack an defensless and akinetic illusion. maybe tweak the numbers a bit. or is the whole skill broken by design
