WARNING: LONG READ

I had a couple of ideas back in DP and DA, so I figured that I would post them here for anyone care to use, modify or simply read because you have nothing else to do. I won't be posting any of them as suggestions because I don't feel like it. I didn't link any icons or images because they don't matter and just make the page loads slower. Just digest the concepts and don't pay attention to the numbers because they are definitely not balanced.

I'm not asking for any credits if you ever use any of them and you really don't have to rate these. So here goes:

This set is from Draenor the Dark Stalker, a dark-themed melee INT hero that I suggested before Dark Seer appeared in DotA (it was DS model too). It was also a premiumed idea.

Dark Knuckle (Activation)
Once activated, Draenor infuses his knuckles with the element of Darkness, stripping off all means of defenses with each of his attack. The duration between each hit must be less than 3 seconds to accumulate the effect. Drains mana until deactivated.

Level 1 - Each attack strips off 0.5 armor and 1% of magic defense.
Level 2 - Each attack strips off 0.7 armor and 2% of magic defense.
Level 3 - Each attack strips off 0.9 armor and 3% of magic defense.
Level 4 - Each attack strips off 1.1 armor and 4% of magic defense.

Mana cost: 60 to activate, drains 7/14/21/28 mana per second.
Cooldown: 7 seconds.

Examples: At level 4, 150 mana and 300 health lost = +30 movement speed. (10 from 150 mana lost and 20 from 300 health lost. At level 4, 15 points of mana or health lost = 1 movement speed.)

Level 2 - Depletes 400 mana. Draenor's mana pool freezes for 5 seconds.

This set is from Raydar Ironbeard the Dwarven Diviner. It used a custom dwarf model from Hiveworkshop. The theme was foretelling and abilities based off the God of War & Wisdom, Odin.

Level 1 - Deals 75 magic damage. 10% chance to kill enemies/deny allies with less than 40% HP.
Level 2 - Deals 95 magic damage. 15% chance to kill enemies/deny allies with less than 50% HP.
Level 3 - Deals 115 magic damage. 20% chance to kill enemies/deny allies with less than 60% HP.
Level 4 - Deals 135 magic damage. 25% chance to kill enemies/deny allies with less than 70% HP.

Level 3 - Reveals the location of 4 nearest enemy heroes for 3 seconds.
Level 4 - Reveals the location of all enemy heroes for 4 seconds. Also reveals the location of invisible heroes, but the hero itself is not revealed.

Level 2 - Enemies take 15 damage for the death of each non-hero unit, and 200 damage for the death of each hero. 600 AOE.
Level 3 - Enemies take 20 damage for the death of each non-hero unit, and 250 damage for the death of each hero. 750 AOE.
Level 4 - Enemies take 25 damage for the death of each non-hero unit, and 300 damage for the death of each hero. 900 AOE.

Description: Grants self/one allied hero the blessing of Odin, which heightens the sense in war and wisdom dramatically. Blessed hero is able to sense enemy units further than sight, gains True Sight, gains increased HP and mana regeneration.

Level 1 - Sense enemies within 1000 range. 100HP regen per second, 25 mana regen per second.
Level 2 - Sense enemies within 2000 range. 150HP regen per second, 50 mana regen per second.
Level 3 - Sense enemies within 3000 range. 200HP regen per second, 75 mana regen per second.

This set is from Naysha Frayfeather, an AGI hero with the Hippogryph Archer model. The theme is well, Hippogryph and archer.

Description: Naysha launches an arrow to a location, when on impact, spreads a disruptive magic on an area which causes the weapons of ranged units to backfire completely and damage the user instead whenever the user attacks.

Level 3 - Last 5 seconds. Large area.
Level 4 - Last 6 seconds. Very large area.

Framework: Enemy gets a debuff status in the status bar.

Note: Affected enemies cannot deal damage to others but themselves. Works on enemies that has ranged attacks. Think Sniper, Enchantress... It's like shutting down ranged units for 6 seconds.

Description: Naysha magically enhances a few of her arrows that homes on a target up to a certain range. Gains sight and True Sight of the target. Buff lasts 20 seconds, and is cancelled if Naysha attacks another target, target is further than allowed range, or enhanced arrows are used up.

Level 1 - 2 hits. Homes up to 1500 range.
Level 2 - 3 hits. Homes up to 2000 range.
Level 3 - 4 hits. Homes up to 2500 range.
Level 4 - 5 hits. Homes up to 3000 range.

Casting Range: 1000
Ability Type: Single Cast.

Framework: Gives sight and True Sight of the target, with the Homing Arrow status showing on the target's status bar.

Note: Arrow works like usual. Conditions apply as stated above. Casting range means you must cast on the target first within the range before you can home your arrows on the target. When you cast this on a fleeing hero that can't survive 5 of your hits, it's almost a free kill then.

Featherweight
Description: Naysha casts a spell that turns herself and Featherune as light as feather temporarily, almost ignoring gravity. Naysha takes much less damage in this form. Whenever she's being attacked by a melee unit, the force will push her away 500 units from the direction she's being attacked at, further from harm's reach. Naysha cannot attack but can use abilities in this form.

Level 1 - Takes 50% less damage. Lasts 4 seconds.
Level 2 - Takes 60% less damage. Lasts 5 seconds.
Level 3 - Takes 70% less damage. Lasts 6 seconds.
Level 4 - Takes 80% less damage. Lasts 7 seconds.

Mana Cost: 140
Cooldown: 30 seconds.
Duration: 4/5/6/7
Ability Type: Self buff.

Framework: Works like knockback, but it doesn't stun.

Note: Imagine an object in the outer space. When a melee unit attacks her from front, she gets pushed back 500 units away. If the attack comes from left, she gets pushed to the right 500 units away. This skill might go haywire if the enemies know where to hit you. So you might want to save it until the right moment to activate it, where it could save your life.

Arrow Barrage [W]
Description: Naysha buffs herself up temporarily and shoots immensely large amount of arrows to her target and its surroundings. Deals only 50% damage to buildings. Lasts 25 seconds.

Level 1 - 450 AOE around Naysha's target.
Level 2 - 600 AOE around Naysha's target.
Level 3 - 750 AOE around Naysha's target.

Mana Cost: 100/150/200
Cooldown: 120
Ability Type: Self Buff.

Framework: Think arrows! Lots of arrows! When activated, Naysha lets loose a roar, something like 'avatar', or 'god's strength'. Then the buff status will be shown on the status bar of Naysha.

Note: This skill is like a 100% ranged Splash attack, ala Medusa, but much more powerful. When you fire an arrow towards your target, multiple arrows are fired as well to the enemies within an AOE around your target, hitting them simultaneously. However, if your attacks are affected by an Orb effect item, only your actual target will be effected by the Orb effect.

The 4th set is from an Invoker-model hero called Degolas Sunstrider the Bishop of the Blood Elves, which I made during the old-new Invoker transition period. The theme is arcane magic.

This set is from Ingix the Pandaren Flamemaster. You would've guessed the model. He's a melee AGI hero with Fire theme.

The next set, based on a Harpy's model, is Ocypete the Snatcher. It's another melee AGI hero but with the theme of bird-like abilities. I find Batrider quite similar to this suggestion though...

Level 2 - Stuns 4 random enemies every 12 seconds.
Level 3 - Stuns 4 random enemies every 11 seconds.

Level 1 - 150 damage per second, max 3 seconds. Loses 50 health per second.
Level 2 - 225 damage per second, max 4 seconds. Loses 65 health per second.
Level 3 - 300 damage per second, max 5 seconds. Loses 80 health per second.

Aghanim's Scepter adds 50 damage per second and 1 second max channel time.

AOE: 600
Mana cost: 200/225/250 to start channelling, 25/50/75 mana per second channelled.
Cooldown: 180 at all levels, 150 with Scepter.

Excelcius the Last Footman, one of my personal favorite idea, it didn't get much love though. He's a STR melee based off the Footman model. I like the story so this one gets an exception for getting its story stated here:

(At a barren 10 miles west of Theramore...)

Excelcius: ARGGH...my head...it hurts...

Jaina: That's normal for someone who was just being resurrected.

Excelcius: Re...surrected? Wh..what do you mean?

Jaina: 5 minutes ago, you were dead, my friend. Now where are the others? I can't even see their corpses.

Excelcius: I am alive now? (Touching his face all over) Thank you. But how? Corpses? What corpses?

Jaina: I resurrected you with the resurrection spell I've secretly learnt from Arthas. It's a Paladin spell and it's forbidden for me to do that, but I needed to do what had to be done. Arthas...

Excelcius: Prince Arthas! (Excited) Yes, I remember seeing him here... (Looking around)

Jaina: That was not your prince, my friend. The one that you saw is called a Death Knight. Arthas is dead, well, an undead now.

Excelcius: Prince Arthas is dead?! I'll avenge him! (Unsheathes his sword...)

Jaina looks at a severed arm at the ground...

Jaina: Did you saw wagons before you were killed?

Excelcius: Yeah.

Jaina: I guess Death Knight took all of them. All of your dead comrades. He must've left your corpse in a hurry. Look at the wagon tracks, they're not really deep. They were moving at high speed.

Excelcius: Biggs...Wedge...damn! (Whispers.)

Jaina: Now pull yourself back together and I'll get you to shelter with the rest of the Sentinels. Prepare for battle as they might need you in case. I need to hurry back to Theramore for the women and children. They need me.

Excelcius: Yes, your honour.

As Jaina starts summoning a portal for Excelcius to teleport, the blade of the sword that Excelcius picked up starts glowing intensely. They were both taken aback.

Jaina: I feel no evil. Let me see it.

Excelcius hands the sword to Jaina and she examined it...

Jaina: Ar-ma-dur-as. This sword is called Armaduras. It's a very powerful sword that can contain magic spells. Where did you get this?

Excelcius: Someone from the village north-east from here. I saved his child and he gave it to me.
