Default [REWORK] Remote Mines


Goblin Techies is easily countered by truesight. This is obvious and has prompted many people to think he needs a buff (or that he is useless). My suggestion is this:

Make Remote Mines Detonate When Destroyed

This would make remote mines more of a threat and even with a gem people would have to think harder than just walking up and destroying them. It also would punish creeps destroying them (when the gem user is behind them) and would slow pushes (which is still useful). This may not seem like much since he can detonate them anyway but I think this would certainly be a step towards a brighter future for our dearest techies.

PROS

-More useful
-truesight no longer ruins them (completely)
-buffs techies without changing stats or core abilities


CONS

-Some might think its imba????

True but changing things to fast can result in undesirable results. (take visage nuke for example) but this would make techies better and be a corner stone for future buffs/changes to him.

Start small. Think Big.

so what about running out of time? would it do the same

i feel it should go off when attacked but only do 50% damage (since you shouldnt have an advantage by just leaving them tghere for creeps to attack)

Techies mines
600 when Deto'ed
300 when Attacked to Death
0 when run out of time

thats my opinion anyway :3 (i only used those number because they was the first ones that came into my head)
