IMO, this would change the gameplay too much. I like DoTA. I think the gameplay and strategy is fine how it is - why add things that will potentially change it?

A minor Glyph wont change the full gameplay, only make it'more' fun .
We didnt list any ideas for you to say if its game changing or not.

He didn't said that DotA is not fun.
He said it will be mroe fun. Mathcraft: Current fun of DotA is 100%. With glyphs, it would be like 3% higher, which is a 3% diffrence, with a ending fun of 103%.

Okay stop hijacking the fucking thread please.
The only glyph that I could possibly think of some use (without being game breaking), would be Glyph of XXXXXX (can't think of a name yet). XXXXX: Increases all towers base damage by 100% for (5?) seconds.

Now: Tower diving is for killing another hero.
After: Tower diving is for killing yourself. You can simply go to roshan and die if you wish. O.o No sense of adding +DMG + AS

Not necessarily.
Just make it have an initial cooldown of like 10 minutes or something, that way early game tower-dives don't turn into instant-fail.

I suggest :
Glyph of Sanctuary: ( 4 min cool down ) All sentinel/scourge towers attacks become aoe ( small radius ) against creeps for 20sec. Helps Clearing out waves when your team is rushing to make it on time .
