one more drawback of using this icon, I guess, is that it's a recolored version of Nevermore's Presence of the Dark Lord xD

Being used in Nevermore isn't a problem, it's a skeleton hand holding a sword, it is meant to be used in Leoric, and it never will fit nevermore anyway.

It does represent what the skill does! its a part of his arm which is going to hit an enemy with red glow ( for critical ) ...

It's very hard to indetify what the current icon represents/shows... o.O
