This way the item wont be that imba and also well balanced
I can imagine a slark who just killed 1-2 hero who is already buffed with his primary attribute due to his imba passive getting 20% extra primary attribute!

Considering that the original purpose why I suggested this skill was for providing evasion for tanking heroes, this type of skill isn't that good to tanking heroes which usually has very low agi or int.

BTW, changed it to 20% of average value of attributes for balances but increased the duration and cd

but
i don't really like the mithrill ham. on rec... why an armor gives damage? :P
what about needing a Vitality Booster(or an Ultimate ORb) instead of Hammer?!?!?!?and also gives some hp instead of damage? Thnx 4 sharing your Idea.

Well I understand your argument, but that's actually the point of my suggestion - You can't simply mass stats for your primary attribute and easily get loads of hp for a team fight. Just imagine a Pudge with something like 20 fs and heart at minute 40 using this item - it will simply make him op, even if it's only 20% of his str. With my change you also have to get items for your other stats which actually benefits you more than getting several items that only benefit your main attribute.

Keep having in mind that the passive abilities this item provides are already worth paying that price - giving it even a strong active wouldn't make it balanced.

The only reason why I put mithril hammer is just to makes more sense because of "mithril". Anyway, not all the basic item is useful for the recipe. Until now, I really don't know why we need damages on a defensive item like blade mail.

It's 20% of average stats now...

It's passive stats are good but it only gets +1 dmg, +5% evasion and +5 armor.

Compare to manta style (costs 50 golds more only) that gives get +5% AS bonus and gives Mirror Image skill that grants apporximately 66% bonus damage, 60% bonus hp that lasts 20 seconds, I don't think this item is that imba

Seems well balanced now though we cannot say exactly before we actually try this in a Game. But this will be a good item and help a lot of heroes

Do you know how much EHP are granted with 30% evasion and 15 extra armor? I am not into mechanics but it must be like 40% for physical attacks (random guess, please verify).

The item is fine atm but imo it's still too easy to abuse the 20% of main attribute by massing stat items for your main attribute.

This item will only adds the main attribute by the average of the "base" attribute (I forgot to put it. Sry)

I guess you change the extra damage, which makes little sense in an armor giving damage, to "reduce damage taken by (i.e) 25". It makes more sense, hey it mythril ;D, not much overpowered, and makes everyone able to use it, not only tidehunter

but too much expensive
tanker usually have to fullfilled his duty in middle game
thats why most tanker item's component is range in midle price like HoT (except the reaver but for 25 str?, it's worth), BM
my idea is the alternate build really fit the tanker
but I suggest the name mithril armor is not fit
just try using mithril plate or something that resemble the component

The concept of another upgrade for Talisman of Evasion is good. I don't know if the active should be rebalanced, but it is innovative.
